"Hello world! My name is Andres "Andy" Baquerizo. I'm 19 years old and I've always loved drawing. Since I was little I've tried as much forms of art as possible from pencils to metal. Up to a few years ago I used to draw manga for webcomics, both my own and another site. Around high school graduation (17-years-old) I fell in love with the American comic medium form and started to change my style but still keeping my manga influence. I admire artist such as Masami Kurumada, Megumu Okada, Tetsuya Nomura and Shoji Shinkawa as well as artist as Jim Cheung, Tim Sale, John Romita Jr., Mike Wieringo, Andy Kubert, Steve Mcniven and Mark Bagley. I want to draw a lot of different stories of different genre, both my own and those of my studio partners. I see sequential art as a door to other worlds and the pencils (or mechanical pencils) the key to those astonishing worlds."
